What is BookMed™ ?

BOOKMED™ is a medical appointment management platform where patients can find doctors at the right time of need and book appointments through the platform.

Is BookMed™ a healthcare provider?

No. BOOKMED™ does not offer healthcare services. Our platform merely facilitates the means to which doctors can offer healthcare services to the patients using our technology.

Do I pay to use our BookMed™?

The BOOKMED™ platform is completely free to patients.

How do I book an appointment?

Register on our platform, complete your profile, use our filter to find the right doctor for the right appointment type and pay online. 

Can I add family members?

Yes! Patients are allowed to add their family members under their account, in which they can decide to use the same doctor if they want to do so.

Can I chat with the doctor?

Yes! Chats are only opened when an appointment has been confirmed with a specific doctor.

Joining a video appointment?

Once the appointment is ready to start, you just need to join the appointment, where you will be redirected to a virtual waiting room. As soon as the doctor is ready, then you will be accepted into the virtual doctor’s room.

How do I see my receipts?

You can find them under your profile in transaction summary.
